Hi there!:) My name is Bianca and I graduated in Communication and Culture at the Free University of Bolzano, completing a trilingual program that reflects my passion for languages, people, and international environments. During high school, as a student representative at the Festival Studentesco, I discovered my enthusiasm for organizing events and working in a team—something I have continued ever since. From 2022 to 2025, I worked in the film industry, focusing on casting and extras coordination for movies, TV series, and commercials. This role taught me how to manage teams, collaborate across departments, and respond quickly to unexpected situations. In 2021, I completed an internship at Transart Festival, where I still collaborate today in production, project coordination, and logistics. At the same time, I work as Community Manager for Weigh Station and collaborate with Forum Prävention on short-term project-based initiatives. I am an outgoing and curious person who enjoys exploring different realities and believes every experience is an opportunity to grow. My background as a figure skater taught me discipline, determination, and adaptability—qualities I bring to my work every day.
