Luana Julia Carp (b.1998) is a Austrian interdisciplinary artist living in vienna currently finishing the Bachelor of Art at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. Luana’s research and practice ranges between grafik design, sound-art, public interventions, performance and audiovisuals. Through these disciplines her work investigates on the interrelationship of the public and the private space, the individual and collective expression and the creation of places functioning as catalysts for sociological, geopolitical, intimate, collective expiriences and changes. Through collaborative and collective projects her work wishes to trace and give visibility open analysis of it’s method and structure drawing from alternative pedagogy, art-therapy, through the lens of human and non-human, the micro and the macro.
